The England camp has been the birthplace and the nurturing ground of many great friendships over the years.
From Frank Lampard and John Terry, to Declan Rice and Jack Grealish, the national team has delivered us great bromances as well as (sometimes) great football.
And Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold are quickly becoming the next duo in this list of iconic twosomes, and they could become club teammates.
talkSPORT understands Bellingham's club Real Madrid are keen on signing Liverpool's vice-captain this summer with Alexander-Arnold having just a year left on his Anfield contract.
The Real Madrid midfielder and the Liverpool defender have struck up a close friendship having spent more and more time together while on England duty over the years and it's believed their bond only strengthened at Euro 2024.
As their 'wolf' goal celebration during the Three Lions' 1-0 victory over Serbia in their Euro 2024 opener showed, that bond is now stronger than ever.

It was a nervy performance from England overall, with questions being raised around a number of players' roles across the team - including Alexander-Arnold's.
The Alexander-Arnold midfield experiment was called off after England's turgid draw to Denmark but Bellingham was quick to jump to his friend's defence.
Speaking to ITV Sport after the Serbia game, the 20-year-old was quick to quash any criticisms about his friend's performance.
"(Alexander-Arnold) makes it so easy for me because he can control the game so well defensively in that position," he said.
"I know people talk a lot of rubbish but he's so aggressive with that back to goal pressure and it really helped me as well because it meant I got a breather when he went out. I think we understand each other well with the ball, he wants to play positive all the time, he wants to play forward all the time."
Nor did Bellingham appear excessively concerned by England's overall defensive unsteadiness, with Alexander-Arnold having been specifically called out for his failings in that area.

But Bellingham stated: "We accept as teammates who have that kind of quality that we are going to lose the ball and that's fine. We will win it back for each other and we will keep playing. I thought he was brilliant."
And he was not done there.
He went on to elaborate on his praise for Alexander-Arnold in his post-match press conference, waxing lyrical about how the Liverpool star also helped him to play his own game better.
"I thought Trent was brilliant," he said. "He conducts games so well. He's very calm on the ball. His technique and quality is unmatched, I think, in terms of what he can do with the ball and he's always positive.
"And that really helps someone like me who wants to get on the ball all over the pitch and try and attack their backline so I look forward to having more minutes with him, enjoying how it can develop and how we can get used to each other's game and seeing how far we can take the potential."
It is not surprising that Bellingham should be one of Alexander-Arnold's most loyal advocates given their history, with each of them often featuring on the other's stories or commenting on their posts.
Back in April 2024, Alexander-Arnold was asked by The Overlap who who his best friend in football was.
He replied: “I would say, club – Robbo (Andy Robertson), internationals – probably Jude.”
And their bromance is one that does not go unnoticed by their other England teammates, with even relative camp-newbie Anthony Gordon noticing it.
The Newcastle winger opened up to talkSPORT about how beneficial the pair's relationship is to the whole team.
"They get on really well," he said. "They're always together - breakfast, lunch and dinner. You always see one with the other. It's a good relationship and obviously it's helped them because now Trent's going to the midfield.
"I mean, it benefits Jude because they're friends, they can help each other through it. And Trent's new to the position so he's going to need Jude's help sometimes. and having that friendship and that relationship is going to help."
The pair have long been pals, with their relationship also making the headlines at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, when they went on an evening stroll in Doha together to unwind from the tournament.
It was reported at the time that the two had become inseparable around the England camp.
Journalist Dominic King posted a training picture showing the two involved in a passing drill, commenting that 'whereover one is, the other hasn't been far away since England arrived in Doha'.
And they have enjoyed spending time together even outside of international camps.
They were spotted at a Chris Brown concert together back in March 2023 as the duo posed for snaps with some fans.
Then again, in June 2023, they were pictured together looking very trendy during Paris Fashion Week as they both attended a Louis Vuitton event, as reported by The Sun.

Indeed, when Bellingham signed for Real Madrid in June 2023 - instead of for Liverpool as some had hoped - it broke the hearts of many fans who believed his friend Alexander-Arnold might have been acting as an unofficial 'agent' for the Reds, trying to recruit the young midfielder.
In a sick twist for Liverpool fans, perhaps the roles have changed with Bellingham now possibly acting as an unofficial agent for Real Madrid in their pursuit of Alexander-Arnold.
