Brentford will refuse to sell England striker Ivan Toney for any less than £60million, talkSPORT understands.
The Bees previously slapped an £80m asking price for the centre-forward in January as they desperately looked to keep hold of the player.
Arsenal did hold initial talks with Toney’s representatives, but are not planning at this stage to follow up their interest.
Manchester United have also included Toney on their list of targets, but the 28-year-old’s price tag is likely to prove a major barrier.
The Red Devils are also believed to be admirers of Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee and Lille hitman Jonathan David.
Zirkzee, whose contract holds a £34m release clause, is attracting interest from a host of European clubs while David and Toney are set to enter the final 12 months of their existing deals.

United are keen to add further firepower to their attack to complement Rasmus Hojlund, who is still getting to grips with English football.
The Denmark international is now the only recognised striker at the club due Anthony Martial's impending departure, while previous target Benjamin Sesko is expected to sign a new deal at RB Leipzig.
Club chiefs are set to press ahead with transfer dealings after confirming that boss Erik ten Hag will continue in his role following a review into the team’s performance during the 2023/24 campaign.
And that could lead them to Toney, who has made no secret of his desire to test himself at a bigger club.
Speaking to talkSPORT ahead of England's Euro 2024 opener against Serbia, Toney remarked: "I'm a Brentford player, I have a year left. I'm going into a major tournament and that's my main focus now.
"After this I'll be going back to Brentford and I'll be a Brentford player still."

Before adding: "It's nice to be linked with other clubs but I've had disappointments in the past and nothing's done until it's done.
"Like I said, I'm still a Brentford player and I've got to be focused on doing well for the upcoming season so that's the main thing.
"If a big move was to come then I'd be ready regardless.
"But like I said I've got to remain focused and not let other things and other noise get the best of me and just focus on what I need to be doing."

Toney returned to action in January following an eight-month ban for 232 breaches of the Football Association's betting rules.
The Brentford star scored four times in 17 appearances upon his return to earn a place in England’s Euro 2024 squad.
