Uma is a Women's Football Correspondent at talkSPORT. She joined on a Broadcast Apprenticeship in 2023, but has continued to pursue her lifelong passion for writing alongside her radio work. As Assistant Producer of talkSPORT's Women's Football Show, she specialises in the Women's Super League and the Lionesses. She also regularly appears on-air on the Kick-Off show with Lianne Sanderson to discuss the headlines in global women's football, as well as reviewing the newspaper headlines on the Weekend Sports Breakfast. Before joining talkSPORT, Uma graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in History and English, where she was also a Sports Editor and columnist for student newspapers The Oxford Blue and the Cherwell.
