World number one and current Masters champion Scottie Scheffler makes the trip to Scotland as the 11/2 favourite to earn a third major title, and a first one at the golf's oldest major, the Open Championship.

It's been 10 years since Rory McIlroy won his last major title after coming so close to victory in last month's US Open, but the world number two's last major victory did come in this tournament at Royal Liverpool back in 2014, and this year is the second favourite at 15/2 to secure a long awaited victory.

Ludvig Aberg enjoyed a fantastic opening three days to the Scottish Open last weekend before hitting +3 on the final day which cost him a second PGA Tour victory, but heads into this weekend as third favourite for a first ever major for the 24-year-old at 12/1.

Xander Schauffele won his first major title at the PGA Championship earlier this year and is priced at 16/1 to add a second to his collection of majors, as is last month's US Open champion Bryson DeChambeau, whilst 2021 Open Championship winner Collin Morikawa is 18/1.

Defending champion Brian Harman, who was a surprise winner of this even last year, is priced at 66/1 to become the first player to win back-to-back Open Championships since Padraig Harrington in 2008.
