Adam Peaty is one of Team GB’s biggest stars and he’ll be going for gold again in Paris this summer.

The 100m breaststroke World Record holder made history in Tokyo as he became the first British swimmer to defend an Olympic title.

Now, Peaty is eyeing a third successive gold in the event as he aims to take his overall tally at the Games to four. 

He will also be taking part in the 4x100m medley relay and here, talkSPORT.com takes a look at when you can catch him in the pool…

When is Adam Peaty in action? 

Peaty doesn’t have to wait long to get his 2024 Olympics underway. 

The Games get started on Friday, July 26 and the swimming events start on Saturday, July 27.

On that opening day of swimming, Peaty’s 100m breaststroke heat takes place and are expected to get underway at 10am UK time. 

Semi-finals will then get going on the Saturday evening and should Peaty go through, he’ll be in the pool at around 8:15pm.  

And if he progresses through that to reach the final, he’d be going for gold on Sunday, July 28 which is the first Sunday of the Olympics. 

The 100m breaststroke final is expected to start at 8:54pm.

The heats for the 4x100m medley relay are the following weekend with heats for the Mixed event taking place on Friday, August 2. 

Heats for the Men’s 4x100m are the day after on Saturday, August 3. 

They will both be in the morning sessions beginning at 10am.

Men's 100m Breaststroke

  • Heats - Saturday, July 27 - 10am
  • Semi-final - Saturday, July 27 - 8:15pm
  • Final - Sunday, July 28 - 8:54pm

Mixed 4x100m medley relay

  • Heats - Friday, August 2 - 10am
  • Final - Saturday, August 3 - 8:33pm

Men's 4x100m medley relay

  • Heats - Saturday, August 3 - 10am
  • Final - Sunday, August 4 - 6:12pm

Meanwhile, the finals will be held in the evening with the Mixed final at 8:33pm on August 3. 

The Men’s final will be the second last indoor swimming event of the Olympics at 6:12pm on August 4.
